Four years after the launch of version 2, version 3 of the HEAL website is now online. The engine of the website is still the flexible and powerful SPIP, but the content has been rewritten from scratch to focus more on HEAL’s activities and on its members. I have matched the original PSD design by Toby Cotton with SPIP, adding features such as full searchable archives based on DataTables, Google maps for the “Members” and “Contact us” sections, a customised search engine that crawls five different HEAL websites and jQuery-powered tabs to keep content organised and easily accessible.
